TriVice and v-Consult Registration Guide for TriVice Desktop Toolbar
This guide will walk you through the registration process for TriVice and v-Consult for accessing TriVice Desktop Toolbar.
Part 1: Registering as a Referrer on TriVice
Step 1: Access the Login Page
- Open your web browser and navigate to: https://app.trivice.net/
Step 2: Click on "Signup Now"
- On the login page, click the "Signup Now" button to begin the registration process.
Step 3: Select Role and Enter Email Address
- On the next page, you will need to:
- Select your role as a Referrer.
- Enter your NHS email address (Make sure it is correct, as an authorization code will be sent to this email. Make sure to enter a correct and accessible email).
- After entering your email, click Submit.
NOTE:
- You will receive an authorization code sent to the email address you provided.
- The authorization code is valid for 24 hours. If it has expired, you can request a new code (See further information below).
Step 4: Enter Authorization Code and Set Password
- On the following page, you will be prompted to:
- Enter the authorization code received via email.
- Set your desired password and confirm it by entering it again in the Confirm Password field. Please see the password format in the screenshot below.
- Click Submit once you have filled in the required information.
Step 5: Update Your Profile
- After submitting your password, you will be directed to update your profile.
For GPs:
Select Department as General Practice.
Select Grade as General Practitioner.
- Fill in the required profile information as prompted.
Step 6: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)
- On the next page, you have the option to set up two-factor authentication.
You can skip this step by clicking on “Skip Setup.”
Step 7: Accept Terms and Conditions
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed.
Step 8: Welcome Screen:
- You will see a screen welcoming you to the TriVice app.
- Click Next until you reach the last screen.
- Click on the Login button to proceed.
Step 9: TriVice Registration Successful
- Your TriVice registration is now successful!
- You will be redirected to the login page where you can now log in to the TriVice application as a referrer.
- Check Your Spam Folder: If you do not see the authorisation email for TriVice in your inbox, please check your spam folder for an email from support@trivice.net.
- Users can also register in TriVice using non-NHS email. Users registering with a non-NHS email may require approval from the Admin Team. Once your request is approved by the Managers or Admins, you will be able to log in.
If You Did Not Receive the Authorisation Code or If Authorisation Code Has Expired for TriVice:
- Click on Complete Registration from the Login Page of the TriVice application.
- In the next page, enter your Email address and at the bottom, click on Request New Code.
- A new authorization code will be sent to your email address, which you can use to proceed with the registration.
If You Navigate Away from the Password Setup Page for TriVice Application:
If you receive the authorization code but accidentally navigate away from the password setup page, then go back to the login page and click on Complete registration to continue the registration process.
Part 2: Register on v-Consult
Step 1: Add User to v-Consult
Contact your Practice Manager and request to be added to the v-Consult.
