TriVice Desktop - New User Quick Reference Guide

We’re excited to have you onboard! This guide will help you get started with the TriVice Desktop Application, including setup and login instructions. If you need assistance at any point, our support team is here to help.

New Users (GPs) – How to Get Started:

  1. Contact your Practice IT Administrator and provide the following details:

Email address

Contact phone number

First and last name

GMC number

Your Practice IT Admin will liaise with Capri Healthcare to create your TriVice account. Once created, you will receive your username and password.

Device Setup Instructions:

  1. Launch the CINE D Application: Find the TriVice icon on your desktop. Double-click the icon to launch the application.
  2. Configure Your Device:
  1. Select your patient record system (e.g. SystmOne or EMIS)
  2. Choose the ‘Live’ environment
  3. Enter your Practice ODS Code (e.g. M12345 or Y12345)
  4. Click 'Continue' to move to the login screen.
  1. Login to TriVice Desktop: Enter your username and password to access the TriVice Desktop Application
