How to allow my mobile to take images for TriVice app?

iPhone
  1. Go to Settings  > Privacy & Security.
  2. Tap a hardware feature, such as Camera, Bluetooth, Local Network, or Microphone.
  3. The list shows the apps that requested access. You can turn access on or off for TriVice on the list.
Android Phone
  1. On your device, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap the app that you want to change. If you can't find it, tap See all apps. Then, choose your app.
  4. Tap Permissions.
  5. If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you’ll find them here.
  6. To change a permission setting, tap it, then choose Allow or Don't allow.
  7. For camera permissions, please choose one of the options:
    1. Allow only while using the app: The app can use the permission only when you're using that app.
