How do I register for the TriVice Application as a “Reviewer”?

How do I register for the TriVice Application as a “Reviewer? 

 

Step 1: Open the TriVice home page (https://bwc.trivice.net/) and click on the “Signup now” button. 

  

 

Step 2: On the Sign-up screen, select "Reviewer (I want to review a patient)” under the “Role” dropdown and enter your NHS/ work email id to submit the details. Once details are submitted, System will send the Authorisation Code to the registered email id in order to allow and complete the registration process. Please remember to check the spam folder as well.  

 

Step 3: Go back to the home page (https://bwc.trivice.net/), then select “Complete registration” and enter the Authorisation Code and Password to continue 

  

 

Step 4: After profile details are completed, select continue. The system will ask you to set-up two factor Authentication, which provides extra security features when logging in. This step can be skipped during registration, and it can be re-enabled once registered. 

 

Note: If you are setting up two factor Authentication during registration, then they need to download the Google Authenticator app and then scan the barcode on mobile, which will generate a code to allow the user to continue with Registration or Login at a later stage. 

 

Step 5:  Accept the Terms and Conditions: 

Continue to complete the registration process after reading the introduction details and video: 

 

Note: When users register, some users will be required to get approval from the Admin Team e.g. Users who registered with a non-NHS email id/ registered as a Reviewer Clinician. Once such requests are approved by Managers/ Admins, then users will be able to login in. 

 

Now users can login to TriVice
