How do I upload a picture?

Step 1: Navigate to picture contest on the main menu and click




Step 2: Picture contest page will open and user  will see "Participate and upload" button on the page



Step 3: Please click "Participate & Upload" button. User will be presented with a login pop up. If you are register user then use your user name and password to login, else click the sign up link at the bottom right corner to
register as a delegate
.



Step 4: Once logged in , user will be taken to this page where, user will provide a picture title and an image file. For the security reason user will not be able to upload any other file type.


Step 5: Click submit to send your picture/photograph/image to the moderator to review and publish.
