Overview
To sync v-Consult online consultation requests and v-Scribe with EMIS Web, the firewall must be enabled. Clients must raise a request with the BSOL IT Support Desk (CSU) to allow secure communication. This document outlines the steps for raising the request and the required details.
Steps to Enable Firewall for EMIS Web Integration
· The client should raise a support ticket with the BSOL IT Support Desk (CSU) to request firewall access for EMIS Web to communicate with v-Consult and v-Scribe.
v-Consult Details:

· After the client has raised the request, ask them to share the ticket number with us.
· Our team should follow up with the CSU team to ensure the firewall configuration is completed successfully.
