Checkfront Dashboard

First of all, you will need to access https://modalitycirc.checkfront.com/, where you will need to use your provided login details to access the dashboard, which will look like this:

From here you will be able to view current bookings, manage future bookings and create new ones

Disabling Appointment Types

To disable appointments, we’ll need to access the Checkfront Dashboard and select Inventory, then Items

This will show a list of booking types, where you will click the relevant option that needs to be disabled. Note: disabling the option with a doctor’s name or the word “Admin” attached will make that doctor unavailable, disabling one of the options with no price and no doctor name will disable the appointment type as a whole.

This will show the Item Details section

Here you will see a banner at the bottom with a menu showing the pages of information tied to the item. Here you will select Pricing.

Which will bring you to the Pricing and Availability tab, here you can select which option is most relevant for the product at hand. If it is temporarily unavailable, then selecting Unavailable is best. If the product is being removed more closely to permanently, Disabled is the best option.
