How to add the New Services to the Patient Service page in Modality Community Service's website?


Step 1:- Navigate to your website (https://modalitycommunityservices.com/), scroll down to the footer and click “Admin Login” Graphical user interface, text, application

Step 2 :- Provide your login credentials and login to the dashboard

Step 3:- Select “Services (Patient View)” on the left side of the dashboard.

Step 4:-  To add a new service, click on “Add New” and type the service name in “Add title” and select the

image by clicking “Set Feature Image” (Adding image is very important otherwise the service page
on the website will not look as it is intended to be).

Step 5:- Select the image, if the image is not in the dashboard media library, then click on “Upload file”

and select the image from your computer. Please use https://www.freepik.com/ to get the images.

Step 6:- Click on “select” which is on the bottom right to add it to the website and click on “Publish”(very important)

Step 7:- Add the Service name, Service Information and click on the “Publish” button towards your right (very important).

On to the location field add

Step 8:- To add the FAQ, 


  1. Add [post_connector_show_children slug="patient-service-faq" link="true" excerpt="true"] Click on “Add new FAQ” Graphical user interface, text, application, email

  1. Type the Question in the “Add title” and select the same service image by clicking “Set Feature Image” and click on “Publish”



  1. Type the same question in the “Question field” and answer in the “Answer” field and click on “Publish”

(please do not forget to click on Publish, otherwise, the question will not be updated on the website).

  1. If you want to add more questions, you need to click on the “Service (Patient View)” toward

your left of the dashboard and hover over the service name and click “Edit” and follow the same Step 8.

Step 9:- To add the location for the particular service

  1. Click on the “Service (Patient View)” on the left side of the dashboard, hover over the service name

and click on “Edit”

  1. Scroll down until you see “Service-Location-Patient” and click on “Add new location”

  1. Type the location name on the “Add Title” and add the image (Adding image is very important

otherwise the Location page on the website will not look as it is intended to be)  and click “Publish”

  1. Type the same location name on “Location Name” field and add the route info on the “ How to find us”

  1. Add the address on the Google map field and accessibility info in “Accessibility Info”.

  1. Add the parking info in the “Parking Info file” and contact details in “contact details” field. Click on “Publish”,

if not all the typed info will be lost.

  1. After clicking “Publish”. Click on the “Add existing service (Patient view)”

8. Hover over the service name and select the service and click on “Link.”
