How to configure and install CINE-D on a practice computer?
CINE-D INSTALLATION GUIDE
This guide will walk you through the installation of
CINE-D on a Windows machine. Follow the steps carefully to ensure successful setup.
System Requirements:
Before installation, make sure your system meets the
following requirements:
Operating
System: Windows 10 or higher
(64-bit)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
RAM: Minimum 8GB
Storage: 500MB of free disk space
Graphics: DirectX 12 compatible GPU
Step 1: Download
CINE-D exe file
2. Download the latest
version of the TriVice Desktop Toolbar file (Example – Download 1.5.1) to your
desired location on your computer.
Step 2: Install CINE-D
1. Locate the downloaded CINE
D exe file and double-click to run it.
2. Read and accept the License Agreement by clicking on I Agree.
3. Select
only current user when prompt to install for users. Click Next.
If installation is failed due to restricted access to install software, then uninstall the software and reinstall and select all users options.
4. Choose the installation location or leave it as the default, then click Install to
begin the installation process.

5. Once the installation is complete, click Finish to exit the
setup wizard. You can now find the CINE-D application in your Start
Menu or on your Desktop.
Step 3: Device Setup and Login
3.1. Device Setup (One-time Activity)
As part of the initial setup, device registration is required. Once completed,
this step will not need to be repeated in future logins. Select from the
options and click Continue. For example:

3.2. Register Device with SystmOne
Send a device registration request to SystmOne by clicking the "Register" button.
Ensure that SystmOne is logged in and active on the same computer.
3.3. Approve Device Registration Request
Approve the device registration request within SystmOne.
3.4. Complete Registration
After approving the request, the following screen will appear.
Click Ok to complete the device setup.
3.5. Login and Connect
Enter the common user credentials and click Connect. These credentials
are used for both TriVice and v-Consult and have been created and configured in
advance.
3.6. Software Ready for Use
After completing the steps, the software will be ready for use.
Step 4: Make a Referral
To refer a patient, first retrieve the patient details
from SystmOne for whom you wish to make the referral. Then, click on the first
icon (Refer
a Patient) and follow the prompts to proceed with the referral
process.
Device Setup is only
required once: The setup process in
the document (steps 3.1 to 3.4) is only needed to be completed once. For all
future logins, device setup will not be required. You will directly see the
login screen (step 3.5), where you can enter your credentials and connect. CINE-D Active State: CINE-D will remain active unless you explicitly log out of the application. Toolbar Customization:
- The
toolbar can be expanded or collapsed as needed.
- To expand or collapse the toolbar, click on the three dots (Menu) on the tool bar > click Collapse or Expand
- If
you close the toolbar, it will be hidden from view. To bring it back,
simply click on the CINE-D application
icon, and the toolbar will reappear.
- Steps to close: Click on the three dots
(Menu) on the tool
bar > click Close.
