How to book an appointment?
From the end-user (visitor) point of view, the process is as follows:
- The website's visitor will reach to the form where the first step will be to select the service, date and time slots available for the clicked date.
- After selecting the date and filling the other form fields (phone, name, email and open comments field) the visitor will click "Continue".
- The customer will be automatically redirected to SagePay to make the payment and confirm the booking. After completing the SagePay payment the booking will become marked as paid. Two emails will be sent: a notification email to your email address and a confirmation/thank you email to the customer that completed the payment.
