CINE Sync is not working

CINE Sync is not working

  1. Scenario 1: Single patient record is not synching
    1. Make sure patient record in SystmOne is closed
    2. Try to Sync again
  2. Scenario 2: None of the v-Consult requests are syncing
    1. Make sure SystmOne is running on this machine and a user has logged in
    2. Log out or kill the CINE session and log back again.
