TriVice delivers faster, more accurate triage, reducing ED waiting times and improving patient outcomes by prioritising critical cases. Clinicians at BCH have saved 7–10 hours per week on administrative tasks, allowing more focus on patient care. Hospital resources are optimised as non-critical cases are managed locally, reducing overcrowding. The system has also cut the carbon footprint by 1.13 Tonnes CO2 per specialty through fewer unnecessary patient visits.
Through the deployment of our Insight Hub Analytics platform, at North & Central London NHS ICB, we have provided a tool for over 170 general practices and the ICB (Integrated Commissions Board) to review the performance of the individual practices, and the pcns. The Analytics provides AI based insight and prediction to the performance for all practices across 12 health conditions.
